Biogas Toilet Project launching in Yunnan agricultural villages 

A new round of the Biogas Toilet Project in rural villages of Yunnan will be launched in late January. After the great success in Luxi and Yanshan, we push forward the project this year to three villages in Tengchong and Xishuangbanna with the continuous sponsorships from Hang Seng Bank. Walk for the Environment 2010

“Walk for the environment” is the core fund-raising activity of CA every year. From the 70’s to now, the Walk aims to raise fund for CA’s environmental education projects, and meanwhile provide an opportunity for the public to get closer to the nature and be more aware of environmental protection. This year the Walk will be held on 11^th April, with starting point at Tung Chung and ending point at Mui Wo. Along the route will be a series of “Information Checkpoints”, where guides will present to the participants the ecological and historical highlights. All participants can experience a genuine “green journey”.
