| Dance
with the Birds 2004 Public Performance |

| "Dance with the Birds 2004" a bird dancing and
model making competition organized by the Con ser van cy
Association, at tract ed 70 schools and over 1 000 students to take
part in the event which surpassed the number of previous years. The
com petition this year was divided into four categories: drama,
which was held first time this year, dancing, bird simulation and
mod el making. An other first time this year was that winners staged
a public performance on 17 April at the Metropolis shop ping arcade,
Hunghom. |

| Green
Little Stars |

| The topics of "Green Little Stars"
of April and May were "I Love Our Earth"
and "Biodiversity."
Our earth loves us as if our mothers take care of us, teach us and
protect us. Taking care of us includes providing us with clothes,
foods, lodgings and means of transportation. Our earth teaches us
the importance of environmental protection by environmental
disasters such as global warming. The ozone layer of our earth
protects us from not being sun burnt by
the UV light. The program of "Biodiversity"
discussed the concept of food chain and briefly introduced the idea
of biodiversity to children. |
